Lloyd holds the CPHR designation from CPHR Alberta, SHRM-SCP from the Society for Human Resource Management, Q. Med through the ADR Institute of Canada and Alberta, RPR with the Association of Professional Recruiters of Canada, and CM with the Canadian Marketing Association. He is a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and has studied at Mount Royal University, Cornell University, Fleming College, and the University of Alberta.
